Apostolic Word to the Bride
By Tim Lighthall l 8.25.2020 "Perfect love casts out fear but fear casts out love. Which are you walking in?"
The Lord spoke to me the other day and said to me that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18) but the opposite was also true, that perfect fear casts out love. That is a picture of the Body of Christ right now. Many stopped meeting due to a virus when the truth is that no plague shall befall us. Many have given into financial fears when Jesus’ name is the Prince of Peace (Shalom, Prosperity). His name literally is the Prince of Prosperity and the Prince of Total Health and Well Being! When one gives into fear the flow of love stops. Fear stops love. It casts it out. Love activates faith (Galatians 5:6) and faith accesses grace (Romans 5:2) so giving into fear literally causes me to not walk in faith or the power and grace and favor of God. Fear also makes me retreat and isolate rather than be compelled by love to go reach the world for Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:14 NIV). The enemy is the prince of this world and has loosed one of the greatest fear attacks ever around the world. DON’T FALL FOR IT!!! No plague shall come near you nor any evil befall you (Psalm 91:10)!! The Lord is my Shepherd so I shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1-2). He leads me to still waters while the news leads me to turbulent waters. That means if we are in want or in stress (stress is a fancy word for fear!) then we have not allowed the Father to be our loving Shepherd. Fear of lack releases lack! Fear of anything releases it. Job said the thing he feared the most came upon him. It is time to receive the love of the Father as never before! Put on love (Colossians 3:14)! The Lord told me to do that years ago so I literally daily confessed that I was putting on love and after three months of doing that Love Himself walked into my office and baptized me in love! I will never forget that day! So together we repent and turn from fear and cast out every spirit of fear and every mindset of fear and we receive His infinite love that allows us to love infinitely! We break every agreement we have made with or verbally decreed about fear and we make a new agreement, we are loved infinitely by the King of Kings and we will never fail again because we are loved (1 Corinthians 13:8)! Nothing will ever separate us from that love (Romans 8:38)!!
